Our team strives to complete all work orders timely. 

The completion time could take longer pending part availability or if a vendor is required.

Emergencies:  If you smell gas, call the utility company immediately, they will notify us.  

Emergencies such as chirping smoke detector, flood, no electricity, no water, etc., 

call the leasing office immediately at 719-597-4521, 

24 hours a day and select the option for after-hours emergency service.
